Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and relay messages accurately
- Prepare and maintain accident paperwork and records
- Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks
- Keep accurate monthly and quarterly fuel reports
- Receive and issue purchase orders
- Maintain confidential files and paperwork tracking
- Track compliance documentation for mobile truck locations
- Support the parts department as needed
- Collect customer information regarding repair needs
- Assign and schedule service work orders
- Communicate professionally with customers in person and by phone
- Process weekly and monthly invoices
- Prepare weekly payroll spreadsheets
