The Orlando office of Nelson Mullins is excited to bring on a new Administrative Assistant to their Affordable Housing team! A Day in the Life This position plays a large part in our success! The Affordable Housing team is always looking ahead and finding new ways to best assist their clients' interests. Utilizing a thorough checklist system, you'll make sure no details are missed while processing documents for multiple closings. You’ll also perform tasks such as maintaining calendars, scheduling client meetings, processing expenses and dictation, arranging travel, and recordkeeping. You’ll assist with communication, both internally and externally, and will be expected to prioritize incoming information and draft appropriate memos when needed. You always subscribe to a high level of professionalism and communication. You understand that supporting multiple attorneys' means being quick to re-prioritize when needed, having a strong attention to detail, and always putting an emphasis on organization. Prior law firm experience, extremely preferred. Affordable housing, Transactional or Real Estate experience is a big plus! Proficiency with Excel and Word, a strong hold on technology, and the ability to thoroughly proofread is a must.
