About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Administrative Assistant  Department: OSC QC Hangar (Dept. 64)  Reports To: Manager of QC ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist the Manager of Quality Control with daily office duties. 2. Maintain Quality Control personnel files. 3. Track the attendance of Quality Control personnel. 4. Assist with completing and submitting various employee forms, including HR. All New Hire/ Term/ Resignation, etc. PAs go to Connie Howell for Kalitta Air Roster update. 5. Order office supplies through OSC Parts Request, for several departments when requested. 6. Various clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, typing, scanning, and emailing. 7. Additional duties or projects that are assigned by the Manager of Quality Control or Corporate Director of Quality Control. 8. Order Inspection uniforms 9. Keep stamp logs as well as other pertinent logs and/or certifications up to date that are regulated by the FAA. 10. Submit Invoices, Check/ Wire Requests, and other miscellaneous tasks. 11. Print, Scan and submit QC Payroll weekly. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 1. Have at least 2 years' experience in office administration. 2. Highschool Graduate 3. Valid Driver's License LANGUAGE SKILLS The ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.  QUALIFICATIONS: The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using calculators. Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. MISA and AMOS experience. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in office administration.
  • Highschool Graduate
