About The Position

Role Purpose: Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining quality.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.

Nice To Haves

  • QuickBooks experience
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Bigin) helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks ( scheduling, correspondence, etc.).
  • Occasionally assist with bookkeeping
  • Prepare regular reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
  • Resolve service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Enter and update customer information in CRM.
