About The Position

Brown & Streza, LLP is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to assist and support attorneys and paralegals in the Estate Planning department. This position involves exceptional customer service, time management skills, project and deadline tracking, ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, and extreme attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or legal secretary
  • Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Accurate typing and prior exposure to Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to operate computers, photocopiers/scanners, and fax machines

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience working as an executive assistant, administrative assistant or legal secretary in a law firm setting
  • Project management skills
  • Experience working with document management and CRM systems
  • College degree

Responsibilities

  • Heavy calendaring for attorneys
  • Coordinate with other departments to confirm appointments
