About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage and organize our office operations, ensuring that project managers and salespeople can effectively stay in the field. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office organization, ordering materials, and handling daily package deliveries.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for the office.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office organization to facilitate field activities for project managers and sales personnel.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies.
  • Receive and manage FedEx/UPS packages daily.
  • Organize and stage materials on project shelves.
  • Gather and manage packaging slips.
