Requirements

Prior experience in office setting.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Professionalism

Strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier.
Work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance.
Pass the agency’s background check.

Responsibilities

Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: in-person, phone, email
Answer phones throughout the day
Scheduling
Verify insurance
Work collaboratively with teammates and clinical team to solve issues quickly and efficiently
Scan documents and maintain client records
Ability to multi-task
Positive energy
Consistently deliver excellent client service by taking the time needed to understand clients unique needs.
