Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other online systems (CRM experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Some college or business coursework is a plus
  • CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, providing customer support and/or directing to appropriate team members.
  • Respond to and resolve internal sales and purchasing questions.
  • Assist with daily customer communications including shared inbox management.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating and distributing pricing updates.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Order and maintain office, marketing, and operational supplies (including SWAG and event materials).
  • Provide administrative support to sales and marketing department and other departments as needed.
  • Provide backup support to scale house.
