About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join Anacostia Gardens, a LIHTC property with 99 units in Washington D.C. In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects. You will also specialize in handling front-office customer service and communication with residents via phone, email, and in-person. You will also be performing essential administrative tasks like processing work orders, managing files, collecting payments, and maintaining office efficiency by monitoring inventory and ordering supplies. A key part of the communication involves using Knock to track and manage all property inquiries. Please note that his position offers a pay range of $21-$23 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday 8-5pm Tuesday 8-7pm Wednesday 8-5pm Thursday 8-7pm Friday 8-5pm Please also note there will be the occasional need to work after hours or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and prospective residents.
  • Assisting with the application process.
  • Answering phones and routing to the appropriate person.
  • Ensure that property interior and exterior are to standard
  • Review, prioritize, and delegate resident service requests
  • General administrative duties
  • Assist residents with the recertification process, including helping to gather all necessary documents, sitting in on the interview process.
  • Assist the Property Manager in execution of operational and administrative tasks
  • Maintain knowledge of Federal, State, and other regulatory requirements
  • Perform all duties while generating interest and enthusiasm about the property by creating an exceptional customer experience
