Work directly with the Sustainable Operations Manager to coordinate and complete daily administrative tasks to maximize office productivity and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Requirements

  • Excellent personal and digital organizational skills with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage technical support issues as they relate to company computers
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365 programs (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Planner).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – creative writing and wordsmithing abilities are a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist Duties: Answering phones and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Reviewing and preparing client invoices for entry, managing waste audit data, entering sign-in sheets, maintaining operations planners, and management of all other relevant data support tasks.
  • Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly client reports and other data report requests as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with meeting scheduling and notetaking, document editing, OneDrive organization, email monitoring, and social media planning.
  • Sales Support: Generating billable hours reports, tracking contract terms, assistance in maintaining sales funnel
  • Field Staff Support: Coordinating and completing printing needs, scheduling assistance, and organizing information for the operations team.
  • Learn and work within online software applications (for HR and scheduling needs, etc.)
