Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents; maintain accurate records and files.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with department communications.
  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies and procedures.
  • Act as the point of contact for residents
  • Act as Liaison at Resident meetings
  • Conduct daily resident check-in and respond to emergency pull cords
  • Assist Director with HUD procedures, getting forms and updating regulations
  • Create and maintain monthly calendar
