Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. The position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist clients with inquiries and ensure a positive experience by providing timely and efficient service. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet office needs. Assist in organizing office events, training sessions and team activities. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Must be a current notary public or willing to become a notary to assist with notarizing documents as part of their responsibilities.
