This position provides administrative support to the Executive area. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating the use and maintenance of the credit union's rental car, and performing various office tasks such as word processing, spreadsheet creation, and presentation/proposal development. The Administrative Assistant also acts as an administrator for the credit union's electronic boardroom software, assists with monthly Board of Directors meetings, and reconciles corporate travel statements. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for collecting and maintaining the repository of credit union policies, coordinating annual updates for policies requiring board approval, and providing support for organizational Project Team processes, including Asana support and assistance to Team Leads and Project Team Liaison. Additionally, the role assists with the coordination of the Asset Liability Management Committee and the Allowance for Loan Loss and Leases Committee, including taking meeting minutes, and supports other ad-hoc meetings upon request. The position also requires adherence to regulatory and policy compliance, including BSA, OFAC, AML Regulations, and Identity Theft Red Flags, and maintaining confidentiality of non-public information.
