Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in office management, executive support, or coordination role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive and resourceful approach

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and facilities coordination
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk — greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and team events; coordinate travel arrangements when needed
  • Assist in organizing office-wide meetings and assist in office deliveries
  • Work closely with facilities to manage office maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Support the Deal Management team by assisting with report tracking, data entry, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain logs, records, and internal communications to ensure smooth departmental workflow
  • Handle ad hoc administrative projects and provide general support to leadership and staff
