About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the manufacturing or bottling industry
  • Proven track record of managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the company’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are well managed.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
