About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will office out of our Bethany Beach location and support 5 communities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office, clerical, or administrative experience.
  • Punctual, reliable, proactive, and takes ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Well versed in MS office products and systems savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors and contractors.
  • Research and respond to inquires.
  • Enter and update information in the database.
  • Receive and distribute packages.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Organize and track information.
  • Assist homeowners with monthly payments and delinquencies.
  • Other projects as assigned.
