About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to support daily operations across Cleanroom Floors and Pace Flooring. This role plays a key part in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, and administrative support, ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, purchasing, procurement, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with vendors and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, flooring, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Procure materials and supplies for flooring and cleanroom projects across both brands
  • Coordinate purchasing orders, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors
  • Assist with hotel bookings and travel arrangements for field teams
  • Support operations by organizing job-related documentation and tracking project needs
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and job costs
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Support project managers and operations staff to help keep projects on schedule
