Wasatch Electric is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant to support our Power & Utility Division. The Administrative Assistant will work in our West Jordan office and have the following primary responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Access
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details
  • Capability to work independently and as a member of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Vista ERP Software knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Clerical and administrative duties
  • Operational support
  • Maintain filing systems and updating records
  • Tracking, preparing reports and documents within our ERP system
  • Miscellaneous data entry and analysis
