The Hawesville Paper Mill is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operating Area and Business Unit leadership team. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting production and reporting activities, and ensuring effective coordination of office functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining organization, communication flow, and operational efficiency while delivering a high level of internal and external customer service.
