About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent college certification required.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Google search etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to management and team members.
  • Coordinate daily office activities and handle incoming communications in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
  • Assist in reviewing new contracts for business opportunities.
