The Administrative Assistant provides client relationship support by interacting directly with clients for accurate account setup and acting as a liaison for client questions. The role also includes performing other practice management tasks related to client service, responding to ad hoc requests, coordinating/tracking projects, and managing business-as-usual projects like organizing client seminars.
