About The Position

This position provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of complex administrative and clerical tasks, including, but not limited to, managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, preparing reports, and coordinating office functions. The Senior Administrative Assistant works with minimal supervision, exercises sound judgment, and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • general office equipment
