About The Position

Statewide Remodeling Inc. seeks a dynamic, self-starting individual that demonstrates initiative and commitment as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide support and assist with the alignment of the department’s processes and solutions to effectively and efficiently meet Statewide business needs. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the department to optimize employee engagement and organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Extreme time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner.
  • Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company!
  • While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to move around, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools and controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software application such as Salesforce, and other applications used in the performance of job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Upload completions in CRM
  • Process changes orders
  • Submit paperwork for sub-contractors
  • Create and maintain installer profiles and jobs in Slick
  • Order office supplies
  • Post daily deposits
  • Conduct collection calls & statements
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Create and modify documents
  • Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Sign for, and distribute, received packages
  • Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound phone calls for customer updates.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards, copy machines, etc.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work
  • Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management
