About The Position

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact via phone and provide vital administrative and clerical support to the branch. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide basic information to callers and assist with general inquiries.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and internal paperwork.
  • Maintain and update the return goods queue.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and collating documents.
  • Organize and maintain files for open purchase orders.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and support teams as needed.
  • Support additional administrative projects as assigned.
