About The Position

  • Office experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience and/or willingness to learn Teams, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 11.
  • Willingness and ability to learn office equipment usage and troubleshoot when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage shred bin.
  • Manage office supply inventory to identify needed supplies, order supplies, receive deliveries, and restock to ensure supplies are labeled and organized.
  • Manage kitchen supply inventory to identify needed supplies, order supplies, receive deliveries, restock to ensure supplies are labeled and organized.
  • Load/unload dishwasher. Clean out the refrigerator regularly.
  • Handle all logistics for firm lunches, happy hours, and other events – coordinating with Denver and DC on firm lunches, identifying restaurant, placing food order, receiving food delivery, setting up food, and putting away left over food. Make reservations at external establishment when meetings are outside the office.
  • Managing conference room bookings and IT set-up to ensure remote connection in advance of scheduled calls.
  • Assist with copying/binder production when needs arise.
  • Copier troubleshooting and other liaising with IT in Denver/DC.
  • Receive office visitors, handle parking validation, provide directions, etc.
