About The Position

REGULAR ATTENDANCE and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION is required for this role.

Requirements

• Strong organizational & time management.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal).
• Detail-oriented & accurate.
• Proficiency with MS Office/MS Office 365 Suite
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, manage emails, and direct inquiries.
• Accurate data entry for payroll hours, maintaining candidate records.
• Prepare, format, and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Order supplies, manage filing systems (digital/physical), and maintain office organization.
• Back up support on admin projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
