About The Position

As the LifeWise Administrative Assistant, you are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operations that are essential to the success of the LifeWise program. This role involves supporting the Program Director with various tasks, managing data, coordinating enrollment, and handling communications with school personnel and families. Additionally, the position requires using Google Workspace and other systems, participating in ongoing training, attending the LifeWise Summit, and representing LifeWise at community events as applicable. You will also be involved in helping with fundraising events as needed.

Requirements

  • A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of administrative experience in an office/church setting

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations of the program
