About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling payments and sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with basic office software and systems

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage daily reports
  • Collect and process customer payments
  • Provide phone support to field technicians
  • Review and organize documents
  • Assist with financing-related processes and paperwork
