Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified caregivers
  • Conduct interviews and manage onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
  • Develop strong relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Provide administrative support to office operations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure staffing needs are met promptly
