Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support for various Executive Leadership team members, additional leaders and the broader organization as priorities evolve. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and genuine willingness to jump-in wherever needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic small company environment where flexibility, initiative, and a "team-first" mentality are essential. You'll leverage a broad range of skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion while anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and taking ownership of solutions without waiting to be asked. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Requires the ability to proactively build organizational knowledge and relationships and think critically and creatively to support problem-solving and ensure strong communication flow and follow-through. This position will report to an Executive Leadership Team member and is based out of the New Providence, NJ office with the ability to work a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week in the office, or as needed.
