This position provides administrative support to Aegis Wealth Advisors. This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Administrative Assistant reports to and is employed by Geoff Delahanty of Aegis Wealth Advisors. This position if full time in office out of Lakewood, CA. Hours: 9a - 4pm, Monday - Friday Compensation: $23-25/hr. depending on experience. Benefits: Simple IRA 3% match, Holiday Pay. Health benefits are not provided. Applicants are expected to obtain their Life & Health License within their first six months of employment. Additional growth opportunities are available within the practice.
