In This Role You will provide essential on-site support for a growing, globally distributed team, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for employees and interns. Your contributions will include assisting with onboarding, supporting events, handling group administrative tasks, and filling operational gaps where needed. This is a high-energy, hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel (leveraging data), Word, Teams, and OneNote
  • 1+ year of experience with High Volume Operations working with cross-functional teams
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or inventory management.
  • Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.
  • Comfortable working on-site and engaging in high-energy events.
  • Strong collaboration skills, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires and interns.
  • Provide administrative support for team operations, including equipment management and space coordination.
  • Assist with on-site events, including logistics and coordination.
  • Serve as backup for other administrative team members, helping fill gaps as needed.
  • Participate in group work, meetings, and other collaborative tasks to support team initiatives.
  • Maintain attention to detail in all administrative and operational tasks.
  • Actively contribute to a customer-focused, service-oriented environment.
