About The Position

In this role you will be responsible for: Coordinating the executives' daily schedule and deliverables. Managing confidential documents with sensitive employee/account/client specific data on behalf of the executive(s). Supporting the executive(s) during key meetings including the taking of notes and the follow-up of actions to be performed. Organizing key internal and external meetings including preparation and distribution of meeting materials and booking and staging meeting rooms. Proactively carrying out administrative tasks in support of the executive(s) including, but not limited to, creation of presentations, creation of reports, correspondence and communications. Reviewing outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with company policies. Managing and maintaining documentation for the executive(s) in various locations such as SharePoint and other directories. Ability to work from our Plano, TX location 30-50% beginning in January Ability to coordinate with C Suite clients High proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations. Ability to manage calendars within Microsoft Outlook. Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Ability to work from our Plano, TX location 30-50% beginning in January
  • Ability to coordinate with C Suite clients
  • High proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to manage calendars within Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature.
