About The Position

Your Role The Administrative Assistant, Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Director of Clinical Quality, as well as both the Medicare Quality team and the Clinical Quality Analytics team. This department leads critical work including Medicare Stars strategy, HEDIS performance, member experience improvement (CAHPS), quality equity initiatives, regulatory readiness, and advanced quality analytics. This role will support both teams operationally and ensure coordination across their parallel workstreams. Additionally, this position will work within administrative operations within a team of administrative professionals. It requires close collaboration with key organizational leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders who support Medicare Quality and analytics work. Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Microsoft management tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management while supporting multiple leaders and teams.
  • Proven “team player” with demonstrated excellence working with internal and external partners and possessing strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred but not required: experience supporting analytics teams, healthcare quality, Medicare programs, or regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Medicare Quality team and the Clinical Quality Analytics team, including their functional leaders and staff.
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple workstreams (Medicare Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, equity initiatives, analytics reporting).
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, trackers, and materials for quality programs and leadership reviews.
  • Support key operational processes for HEDIS, Medicare Stars, CAHPS/member experience, and health equity-related quality initiatives by organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, helping track timelines, and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist the Clinical Quality Analytics team with meeting coordination.
  • Support audit preparation, CMS documentation, readiness, and regulatory timeline coordination.
  • Communicate with parties within and outside the department, helping explain or coordinate processes related to Medicare Quality or Analytics workflows.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams including Compliance, Provider Partnerships, Health Solutions, and Enterprise Analytics.
  • Ensure new team members receive access, tools, and orientation to relevant quality and analytics processes.
  • Help maintain organized, compliant records for Medicare Quality and Clinical Quality Analytics workstreams (HEDIS, Stars, CAHPS, equity metrics, reporting cycles, leadership deliverables).
