Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive-level leaders within the Federal business. Access, organize, maintain, and safeguard confidential and sensitive company information. Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring schedules are accurate, prioritized, and up to date. Coordinate and manage executive travel arrangements, including all logistical details. Screen calls, emails, and requests; respond or redirect on behalf of executives as appropriate. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials. Utilize advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as business unit-specific systems and tools. Apply strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support business operations. Effectively respond to shifting and competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Support and manage assigned projects with oversight from the supervisor. Perform general office duties and meet the physical requirements of the role.
