We believe in our mission and make every effort to live our core values. What you get to accomplish: Professionally greet customer when they enter the building. Answer phones & direct calls professionally for Service and Rental Department. Cashier for Service Department. Submit Warranties. Scheduling for the Service Side. Invoicing Commercial Clients. Manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basis. Manage the vehicle maintenance and schedule repairs as needed for the Rental Fleet. Coordinate service valet pick up, delivery, and service rental units.
