How you’ll contribute: Under the general supervision of the Market Director and according to established policies and procedures, provides skilled secretarial and administrative support. Work is of a high-confidential nature. Performs other work of the department as required as well as other departments throughout the hospital. Serves as a receptionist for the administrative team Answers and screens telephone calls, and transfers, takes messages or personally handles caller’s needs Pleasantly greets visitors, ascertaining and addressing their needs promptly and appropriately Schedules appointments and ensures prompt and accurate relays, verbal messages to appropriate

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years of secretarial/clerical experience required

  • Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a receptionist for the administrative team
