Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer success role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • High attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales and customer success teams
  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (CRM, spreadsheets, client logs)
  • Assist with sales pipeline tracking, proposals, contracts, and renewals
  • Coordinate client onboarding materials and documentation
  • Support client communications, follow-ups, and service requests
  • Track customer interactions, action items, and deadlines
  • Help ensure timely responses to client inquiries and issues
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients
  • Draft and review professional emails, summaries, and client communications
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and retention efforts
