About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our team while also serving as the face of our office. This role blends executive support, front desk responsibilities, and office operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-facing environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and expense management tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for senior team members, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  • Process and track expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate local travel logistics, including car services and transportation as needed
  • Assist with occasional travel-related tasks (e.g., basic itinerary coordination, reservations)
  • Support meeting preparation, materials, and follow-ups
  • Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming, professional office environment
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage visitor logistics, including check-in and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Provide coverage for the Office Manager during PTO or absences
  • Assist with day-to-day office needs, including supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep
  • Support internal events, meetings, and team activities as needed
