This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong relationships with our partners and supporting internal team operations through clear communication, attention to detail, and sharp multitasking skills. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-organized team inbox by filtering and directing emails to appropriate team members
  • Communicate proactively with team members to keep processes running smoothly
  • Identify and report potential issues or opportunities for improvement in workflow automation
  • Review partner agreements for accuracy and completeness
  • Independently build and manage daily task lists and priorities
  • Handle time-sensitive and detailed partner-related information with precision
  • Manage calendars with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Partner Success team
  • Assist the Partner Success Manager in coordinating events and conferences
