The Administrative Assistant – Operations Support provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to leaders within the Operations division, including Donated Goods, Facilities, Real Estate, and Asset Protection. This position ensures the smooth coordination of communication, scheduling, procurement, and reporting functions across the team. Serving as a liaison between Operations leadership and store teams, this individual plays a critical role in aligning field operations with strategic priorities.
