Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in office support, administrative services, or reception
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and discreetly
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment
  • Manual dexterity for handling documents and data entry
  • Visual and auditory acuity for reading materials and responding to calls
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
  • Mobility to navigate office spaces and access supplies
  • Clear speech for effective communication with clients and staff

  • Prior experience in legal or professional services environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk reception coverage with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff and manage visitor logs and check-in procedures
  • Perform electronic filing in various county portals
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and correspondence
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and filing of documents
  • Distribute electronic filings and communications across departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in kitchen and copier areas
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
