About The Position

Corin is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to work in our Raynham, MA office to provide administrative services for the reception area as the ‘face of Corin’, as well as providing administrative support to the Operational and Commercial Management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and confidence using Internet browsers for the purposes of research, review, comparison, and purchase where required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident and pleasant telephone and face-to-face manner.
  • Can work independently, manage your own workload and deadlines.
  • Be organized and methodical with the ability to multi-task across several activities.
  • Be enthusiastic with a desire to actively contribute to a wide range of projects.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Have an accountable approach to all aspects of work tasks given.
  • Total discretion in handling confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in the use of Sage for purchase ordering and receipting would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Front of house services for reception area, including the booking-in and out of visitors
  • Management and effective distribution of all incoming telephone calls, maintaining call logs and records as required.
  • Distribution of internal/external Mail, sorting and distributing of morning Mail delivery, ensuring outgoing Mail is ready for daily collection.
  • Management and presentation of the reception area, taking pride in ensuring a professional and neat appearance always.
  • Manage airport transfers and accommodation arrangements for visitors to Corin including field based Corin personnel and our subsidiary Corin personnel.
  • Provide administrative support for customer visits to Corin.
  • Organizing and ordering catering for visitors to the site.
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Meet and greet elements of the visitor experience.
  • Administrative support as required for HR, Operations Management and Commercial team.
  • Raise and receipt of operational purchase orders for operations and facilities management.
  • Support with the administration of Environmental Health and Safety activities when required.
  • Ordering and managing catering for the site to ensure on-site team members are catered for daily.
  • Operational data collection and administration
  • Administrative support, as required, Operational and Commercial Senior Management (e.g., booking of meeting rooms/catering, expense accounting plus ad hoc clerical and secretarial duties
  • Other duties as assigned.
