SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Logistics Assistant to our Sheridan, Wyoming operations and field staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized problem solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to supporting a diverse team of technical specialists for smooth and efficient operations. This position is responsible for providing supporting to our Operations Administrator in office administrative support, office reception, travel logistics coordination, document production, project and business development coordination, and potentially serve as an office safety representative. This is a temporary, hourly, non-exempt position, starting in April 2026 and running until the end of August 2026. We are anticipating that hours will start at 20-22 hours a week in April and May and then go to 40 hours a week for the summer months. This role will be based out of the Sheridan, Wyoming office and will report into our Operations Administrator for the Sheridan office.
