Providing outstanding customer service through routine interactions with internal and external customers. Serving as a primary point of contact for general information and problem-solving. Managing and tracking work orders, including creation, assignment, closure, and monthly reporting to relevant directors. Communicating urgent maintenance emergencies directly to the Maintenance team via phone. Assisting with monthly accounting activities Providing essential office support, including typing, mailing, copying, and faxing. Provide support to Legacy Nursing team and Program Manager with administrative tasks. Contributing directly to the visual appeal and longevity of our physical plant and surrounding grounds.
