About The Position

Serve as frontline reception and provide support in the international admissions process.

Requirements

  • Requires High School diploma and typically requires at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Mid-level support role.
  • Completes routine tasks under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service interactions with guests and provide comprehensive student support for visitors to the International and Immigration Student Services office.
  • Provide real-time connections with other campus departments to facilitate successful enrollment and student support.
  • Assist with frontline requests such as document pickup or drop off, scheduling appointments, tracking office services, and answering phones.
  • Maintain electronic advertising and social media for the office.
  • Update the Banner system with accurate information that corresponds to the appropriate immigration status.
  • Provide international project support to office coordinators.
  • Gather information and documentation from students or families in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
