Job Summary: Alluvionic is seeking an Administrative Assistant II shall assist the Prisoner Operations Division (POD) with the United States Marshals Service (USMS) management in all office activities and operations as assigned. The individual shall provide program support, including administrative and clerical services, in accordance with program requirements. Must be US Citizen Clearance Required: Yes – Obtain a Public Trust This is an onsite position.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum two years of specialized experience in the duties described above.
  • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare type, fax, file, and data entry, copy, print, mail, scan, and e-mail information.
  • Review and analyze documents submitted for completeness and accuracy.
  • Serve as receptionist to greet, assist and direct visitors.
  • Maintain office suspense system, entering items received and assigning standard timeframe due dates.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to any of the branches in the USMS management as needed.
