About The Position

Basic Purpose Review and process applications for a professional licensing board. Other general administrative duties as needed Typical Functions Under the direction of the licensing director, review and process applications for Engineer Interns, Surveyor Interns, Professional Engineers, Professional Surveyors, and engineering and surveying Firms. Professionally correspond with applicants regarding their applications. Answer routine questions by email or phone. Generate and mail wall certificates. Complete verification requests. Other administrative functions as required

Requirements

  • A minimum of a 2 year business related degree is required as well as a minimum of 4 years experience working in an administrative office.
  • One year of additional related education may be substituted for one year of experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and have strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and other publishing software programs.
