About The Position

Seeking a dependable, customer-focused Administrative Assistant for a full-time, onsite role with potential for hire. This position supports daily office operations, including managing communications, coordinating document distribution, assisting visitors and vendors, handling mail and phones, and providing general administrative support. Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of client-facing or front desk experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing shared inboxes, phone systems, and mail distribution.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and transportation.
  • Background check required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and distribute internal and external documents in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to shared communications, ensuring requests are addressed promptly.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Serve as a point of contact for official correspondence and documentation.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage voicemail messages daily.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to staff and leadership as needed.
