As the Administrative Assistant I you would be responsible for the general administrative support for all regional offices. The Administrative Assistant perform many administrative duties, including answering telephones, greeting patients, updating and filing patients medical records, filling out insurance forms, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. They also facilitate communication between the patient and other health care professionals.
